Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Novara's streaming service, website and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Novara, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a household or organization, you are responsible for ensuring that all users comply with these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Novara provides a subscription-based streaming service offering access to licensed live sports, movies, series and original content ("Content") for personal, non-commercial, in-home entertainment. The Content available may vary by region, subscription plan and over time as our licensing agreements change.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Novara offers Basic, Standard and Premium subscription plans, billed either monthly or annually, as described on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your billing region and may include applicable taxes. We may change subscription prices from time to time; we will provide advance notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
5. Free Trial
Eligible new subscribers may access a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw free trial offers, or to determine eligibility, at our discretion.
6. Cancellation & Changes to Your Plan
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until then. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not: share your account credentials with individuals outside your household in a way that violates your plan's simultaneous-stream limits; copy, record, redistribute, publicly display or sublicense any Content; circumvent any content-protection or geographic-restriction technology; or use the Service in any way that infringes the rights of Novara or any third party.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and all Content, trademarks, logos and software associated with it are owned by Novara or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or Content — only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Content for personal use.
9. Content Availability & Licensing
Novara licenses Content from third-party rights holders. The availability of specific titles, live events and features may change without notice due to the expiry or renewal of licensing agreements, regional rights restrictions, or other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that any specific Content will remain available for any particular period.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment processors or platforms that are not owned or controlled by Novara. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required to comply with the law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Novara is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it may be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available in your country of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements or business practices. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
