Refund Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may be entitled to a refund for your Novara subscription. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Free Trial

New subscribers eligible for our 7-day free trial are not charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. Once the trial ends without cancellation, your subscription converts to a paid plan and standard billing applies.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal in advance of the upcoming billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because access to Content is granted immediately upon payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion where: you were charged in error or as a result of a technical fault on our part; you were charged after a timely cancellation that we failed to process; or applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires it.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team through the in-app help center or at billing@novara.example within 14 days of the disputed charge, including your account email and the date of the transaction. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not provide refunds or credits for: partial billing periods after cancellation; failure to use the Service during a billing period; or account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact us directly first so we can resolve billing issues quickly.
