1. Our Commitment to Licensed Content

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Notice Requirements
Your notice should include:
— Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
— Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it;
— Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email);
— A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
— A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
— Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed content and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, along with your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

7. False Claims
Submitting a false or bad-faith copyright claim may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under applicable law. Please ensure your notice is accurate before submitting it.
